  Canadian ISPs furious about Bell Canada's traffic throttling

  Bell Canada is now reportedly filtering P2P traffic not only on its network, but on DSL service that is resold by others. One Canadian ISP tells Ars that it's a "symptom of Bell's arrogance" and "blatant censorship" of its users' Internet connections.
