  Has Newark become a "sanctuary city" for illegal immigrants? That's the term critics were using last week when one of suspects accused in the execution-style murder of three college students in Newark turned out to be an illegal immigrant from Peru. Turns out Newark authorities refuse to notify immigration officials when they arrest an illegal.
