  Correction: Virtual Economies

  In a Sept. 4 story about virtual economies, The Associated Press erroneously described a MacArthur Foundation grant received by Indiana University economist Ted Castronova to develop a virtual world based on the works of William Shakespeare. It was from the foundation's Digital Media and Learning initiative, not a "genius" grant from the foundation's Fellows Program.
